Lake Rules & Safety Guidelines
Welcome to Silver Cup Lake Scuba Adventures! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, please follow these rules while on-site at Silver Cup Lake:
Who Can Explore the Lake?
Scuba Divers: Open Water Certification or higher is required (proof of certification must be provided from a nationally recognized agency such as PADI, SSI, NAUI, or SDI). Student divers are welcome but must be accompanied by a certified instructor or affiliated dive shop and scheduled appropriately.
Snorkelers: No certification is required; however, all participants must stay within their personal skill and comfort limits. A U.S. Coast Guard-approved lifejacket must be worn at all times!
Paddlers: Surface access — no diving, or jumping from boards. A U.S. Coast Guard-approved lifejacket must be worn at all times!
General Rules
Every guest entering the park must purchase a valid guest entry pass and sign a liability waiver at the time of booking. No exceptions!
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON SITE
NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON SITE
No fishing allowed on site
No camping available at this time
No lifeguard on duty — all activities are at your own risk! Liability waiver MUST be signed by every visitor entering the property
No glass containers on-site — please dispose of trash in designated bins
Park only in designated areas and check in before unloading gear
All water activities carry inherent risks. Guest must acknowledge and accept these risks
We reserve the right to restrict access or close areas due to weather or safety concerns
By entering the property, you grant permission for Silver Cup Lake Adventures to photograph or record you for promotional purposes, without compensation.

Minors (Ages 12-17):
Minimum age for entry is 12 years old.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on premises.
A daily entry pass is required for each minor and accompanying adult.
An adult must complete and sign a waiver form on behalf of the minor prior to entry.
Scuba Diving
Minimum Open Water Certification required for SCUBA divers
Student divers must be accompanied by a certified instructor or dive shop with active insurance and roster
All divers must complete the Diver Liability Release Form
Present certification card and ID at check-in. All students must verify their instructor and class.
Buddy system is required. NO SOLO DIVING PERMITTED!
NO NIGHT DIVING PERMITTED
Divers must bring all required gear and enough air & tanks for their dive
No scuba rentals or air fills are available on site
Dive at your own risk— all water activities carry inherent risks

No gear on site, please bring your own gear and lifejacket
A U.S. Coast Guard-approved lifejacket is required for snorkelers
Swim at your own risk — all water activities carry inherent risks. No lifeguard on duty.
Paddling
No gear on site, please bring your own board and lifejacket
Diving, or jumping from paddle boards is not permitted
A U.S. Coast Guard-approved lifejacket is required at all times!
Paddleboards and pedal boats are available to rent on-site for an additional fee, first come, first served. Life jackets included.
Paddle at your own risk — all water activities carry inherent risks. No lifeguard on duty.
Final Acknowledgment
By entering Silver Cup Lake Scuba Adventures, you acknowledge the inherent risks of scuba diving in a deep, spring-fed quarry and accept full responsibility for your own safety. You agree to release Silver Cup Lake Adventures LLC and its staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during your visit.
